Proven in numerous animal studies, resveratrol has extended the lifespan of every living organism it has been fed to as well as slowing the onset of virtually all the age related diseases encompassing cardiovascular, neurological and as a powerful anti-oxidant, it has been written up by the National Cancer Institute (www.cancer.gov) as a possible cancer preventative. "There's no doubt, if you feed an animal this stuff, they're going to get less cancer," says Dr. Robert Sclafani, Chair of the Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Department at CU Denver.
