My precious furry kids, Bunny and Dillon, who led me to a world of new
friends, new hobbies, fun, good times and lasting memories. I lost each of
them to cancer. But they filled my life during their time here on Earth and
they shared their joy of life with everyone.
Dillon was affectionately know by his close friends as “Dill Pickle.” He
was a big, silly, talkative, loving boy, famous for not leaving home without
his Kong toy (even on leisurely walks he carried it all the way), and some
will never forget another favorite of his, a toilet flapper. He got the
biggest kick out of the craziest things.
And Bunny, my dear sweet, beautiful girl, also affectionately known as the
Bunster. You couldn¹t pass by her without her insistence of getting a pet.
She was a loving, gentle girl, and has many talents. With her sweet, tender
nature she brought comfort to many nursing home residents.
I can¹t capture each of their 12 years of life so simply. They gave me more
than I could ever describe. I miss them so very much. Even though they are
physically gone, they live on in my heart and soul. You never really say
good bye, but we¹ll meet again at The Rainbow Bridge. Until then, I love
you with all my heart and reserve many kisses, hugs and soft warm snuggles.
