The National Canine Cancer Foundation

Joe Fuller recently lost his seven-year-old German Shepard, Sirius ("Si"), to lymphoma which greatly affected his life. It was this sadness for the loss of his best friend that drove him to raise money to end doggy cancer.

Although Joe's original goal was $1000, the fundraising walk held in Newport Beach drew over 150 participants and raised four times his original goal.

Because "no one should have to lose their dog to this disease like us. Why is there not a cure yet?" Joe plans to make the walk an annual event in memory of "Si".
